AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 4,412 equity shares under ESOP on 27 October 2020. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 306,53,53,290 consisting of 30,65,35,329 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 306,53,97,410 consisting of 30,65,39,741 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
