The Australian share market ended the session down on Friday, 27 November 2015, dragged back by the absence of a lead from US markets, and after the release of disappointing business investment data on Thursday. At the close, the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index ended 8.10 points, or 0.16%, down at 5202.60 points, while the broader All Ordinaries index fell 8.30 points, or 0.16%, to 5251.40 points. The S&P/ASX 200 index shed 1% for the week. The benchmark gauge was down 0.7% so far this month, which has one trading day left.
