Authum Investment & Infrastructure announced that in pursuant to Board Meeting held on 28 January 2016, Bishal Agarwal Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company be and is hereby resigned with effect from 28 January 2016. Further, the Board has accepted his resignation.
