Avon Mercantile announced that Jyotsna Sharma has resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2014 and Santosh Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2014.Further, Santosh Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company.
