Avon Organics announced that pursuant to the Special Resolution passed through Postal Ballot and the approval received from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs through the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, the name of Company has been changed from AVON ORGANICS to "AVON LIFESCIENCES" w.e.f. 14 August 2015.Further, the Company has received a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent upon Change of Name from the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad.
