Axis Bank allot equity shares

Axis Bank announced that its committee of wholetime directors of the bank on 26 February 2014 have allotted 25,966 equity shares of Rs 10 each under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. Post allotment, the paid up share capital of the bank has increased from Rs 46.93 crores equity shares of Rs 10 each to 46.94 crores equity shares of Rs 10 each.
