Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 3,07,418 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 24 November 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,72,29,31,652 (2,36,14,65,826 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 4,72,35,46,488 (2,36,17,73,244 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
