Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 2,76,030 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on May 30, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,17,79,456 (238,58,89,728 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,23,31,516 (238,61,65,758 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
