Bajaj Electricals has allotted 1,20,500 equity shares of Rs.2 each, fully paid-up, in the Company to 27 Employee Stock Option Grantees on their exercise of options granted under ESOP.Post this allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Capital of the Company now comprise of 10,14,10,676 equity shares of Rs.2 each fully paid up amounting to Rs.20,28,21,352/-.
