Under BHSL S4A Scheme
Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar has allotted 1,38,99,376 Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) of Face Value of Rs.100/- each at par to Corporation Bank on conversion of a portion of Part -B (Unsustainable Loan) in accordance with the BHSL S4A Scheme.Consequent to the allotment, total 34,83,24,626 Optionally Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 10 each have been allotted to all 13 Lenders under BHSL S4A Scheme.
