The board of Balasore Alloys in its meeting on 23 April 2013 has noted the resignation of S R Batliboi & Co. LLP from the position of statutory auditors of the company with effect from 17 April 2013.The board has approved the appointment of Chaturvedi & Shah, chartered accountants as statutory auditors of the company to fill up the casual vacancy caused by resignation of S R Batliboi & Co. LLP.
Further, the board has decided to convene extraordinary general meeting on 20 May 2013.
