Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 3.98 points, or 0.01% to 33,773.40.Balkrishna Industries slipped 4.12% at Rs 1,201.20. The stock topped the losers in 'A' group. On the BSE, 40,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 46,000 shares in the past two weeks.
Mahindra & Mahindra declined 3.51% at Rs 743.85. The stock was the second biggest loser in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.17 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.46 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Castrol India fell 2.98% at Rs 203.30. The stock was the third biggest loser in 'A' group. On the BSE, 5.26 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.33 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Motherson Sumi Systems skid 2.46% at Rs 375.90. The stock was the fourth biggest loser in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.21 crore shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 23.96 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Den Networks tumbled 2.23% at Rs 111.85. The stock was the fifth biggest loser in 'A' group. On the BSE, 37,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.85 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
