With effect from 25 January 2016
Balmer Lawrie Investments announced that the Company had received a letter dated 02 January 2016 from Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MOP&NG) wherein Perin Devi, Director (R&V), MOP&NG had been nominated as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect till further order. Further, the administrative Ministry has signified in the said letter about withdrawal of nomination of Alok Chandra.Accordingly, Perin Devi has been appointed as Non-executive, Government Nominee, Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 25 January 2016 and Cessation of Alok Chandra, Non-Executive, Government Nominee is noted with effect from 26 January 2016, vide resolutions dated 25 January 2016 which were passed by circulation on 27 January 2016.
