Banaras Beads announced that the company dealt with Ahmedabad, Calcutta, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchanges for voluntary delisting under Clause 6 (a) of SEBI Regulations, 2009. In this regard, the U P Stock Exchange has de-listed company's 6636222 equity shares with effect from February 14, 2014.
