Bandhan Bank allots 7,181 equity shares under ESOP

Bandhan Bank has allotted 7,181 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOP. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 1610,75,86,860/- comprising of 161,07,58,686 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 1610,76,58,670/- comprising of 161,07,65,867 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.
