2. Surendra Singh Bhandari
3. Rajib Sekhar Sahoo
These Directors were elected as Directors representing Shareholders other than Central Government under Section 9(3)(i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and were holding office up to 23 December 2014.
