Bank of India announcd that in the exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (b) of Sub-section 3 of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings ) Act, 1970/1980 read with sub clause (1) of clause 3 of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Central Government has appointed Anna Roy, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of Bank of India with immediate effect and until further orders vice Anup Wadhawan.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
