Bank of India purchased BSE's 49% stake in BOI Shareholding

BOI Shareholding becomes as wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of India

Bank of India announced that Bank of India is having a subsidiary namely 'BOI Shareholding' in which Bank of India and BSE were holding 51% and 49% Stake respectively.

Now, with the mutual understanding, Bank of India has purchased the 49% Stake of BSE and it has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank.
