Bank of Maharashtra announced that the Equity Issue Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on 04 December 2017 has passed the following -Approved and adopted the preliminary placement document dated 04 December 2017 in connection with the QIP,
Approved the opening of the QIP on 04 December 2017, and
Approved the floor price of Rs 26.89 per share for the QIP.
The Relevant Date for purpose of QIP is 04 December 2017 and floor price is Rs 26.89 per equity share.
