With effect from 26 October 2016
Barak Valley Cements announced that Divyang Jain has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from closure of working hours of 26 October 2016.Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Divyang Jain also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor will be appointed within due time and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).
