BEML announced that Ministry of Defence vide letter dated 01 February 2021 has conveyed the approval of the competent authority for assigning the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Company to MV Rajasekhar (DIN: 08467141), Director (Mining & Construction Business) for a period of three months w.e.f. 01 February 2021 or till regular incumbent is appointed or until further orders whichever is earlier, vice Dr. Deepak Kumar Hota, who ceased to be the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company consequent upon his attaining the age of superannuation on 31 January 2021.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
