Net loss of Bengal & Assam Company reported to Rs 1.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 5.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 63.72% to Rs 4.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 11.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.For the full year,net profit rose 0.26% to Rs 23.04 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 22.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 3.06% to Rs 43.10 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 41.82 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
