Pursuant to scheme of amalgamation
Bengal Tea & Fabrics announced that the Company has become a Subsidiary of Rydak Enterprises & Investment, since it has acquired 32,54,150 equity shares (36.13%) by Operation of Law i.e. Sanction of Scheme of Amalgamation by National Company Law Tribunal vide order no. 1110 of 2016 between Rydak Enterprises & Investment, Samrat Industrial Resources and Eskay Udyog. The total shareholding of Rydak Enterprises & Investment after amalgamation is 5060870 equity shares which is 56.19% of the Total Share Capital of the Company.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
