Bhansali Engineering Polymers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2014 to consider the Audited Financial Results of Company alongwith Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the quarter and year ended 31 March, 2014 and in the same meeting, Board will also consider to recommend to the member(s) for declaring the final dividend for the Financial Year-2013-14
