Under bonus issue
Bharat Electronics announced that the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, has in its meeting held on 16 September 2015, approved the proposal for allotment of 16,00,00,000 (Sixteen Crores) Bonus shares of Rs. 10 each to the shareholders of the Company who have held shares as on the Record Date (i.e., September 15, 2015) in the ratio of 2:1 (2 Bonus shares for every share held).Powered by Capital Market - Live News
