Among the other constituents of the index, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd increased 2.16% and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd added 1.56% on the day. The S&P BSE Oil&Gas index went up 6.05 % over last one year compared to the 11% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
