Scheme gets filed on 01 June 2018
Bharat Petroleum Corporation announced that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its order dated 21 May 2018 has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Petronet CCK, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company with the company. The order was received on 31 May 2018.
