With effect from 31 March 2015
Bharti Airtel announced that Mukesh Bhavnani, Group General Counsel & Company Secretary has resigned from the Company to pursue an assignment outside of the Company. The Board had noted his resignation which will be effective close of the business hours on 31 March 2015.Rajendra Chopra, Dy. Company Secretary shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 April2015.
