Bhartiya International announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company had allotted 1718 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2013 to the employees, who had exercised the option at an exercise price of Rs. 50/- in the meeting held on 16 January 2017.
