On conversion of GDRs
Bilcare announced that Monument Pte. Ltd., Singapore has converted its entire GDRs (underlying 21,09,808 equity shares held with DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS) into Equity Shares of the Company.
