US-based BlackRock Inc. sold 324,863 equity shares, or 0.50% equity, of Just Dial on 7 May 2020.
Post transaction, BlackRock Inc's stake in Just Dial has reduced to 2.78% from 3.28% held earlier, as per the disclosure made on the exchanges on Saturday, 9 May 2020.
Last month, Just Dial's board approved the proposal for buyback of up to 31.42 lakh equity shares, at a maximum price of Rs 700 per share payable in cash, for an aggregate maximum amount of up to Rs 220 crore.
Just Dial's consolidated net profit rose 8.2% to Rs 62.03 crore on 3.8% increase in net sales to Rs 235.42 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q3 December 2018.
Just Dial provides local search related services to users in India through multiple platforms such as desktop/PC website, mobile site, mobile apps, over the telephone and text.
Shares of Just Dial advanced 2.06% to end at Rs 342.20 on BSE. On Friday, 8 May 2020, the scrip hovered in the range of Rs 339.55 to Rs 352.90.
