A F Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 April 2016, at 11.00 A.M to 11.30 A.M, have conducted the following businesses:1. Approved resignation of Charu Sharma from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
2. Santosh Kumar, Whole Time Director of the Company will act as the new Compliance Officer of the Company till the time Company appoints new Company Secretary in place of Charu Sharma.
