Board of ABM Knowledgeware recommends final dividend

Of Rs 2 per share

ABM Knowledgeware announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs 2 per share i.e. 20%, which aggregates to Rs 200.02 lakh for the year ended 31 March 2014. The Corporate tax on such dividend aggregates to Rs 33.99 lakh.
