Ace Men Engg Works announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 December 2016 has approved the following -Resignation of Arindham Roy Chowdhary from the post of Company Secretary.
Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Managing Director of the Company shall act as a Compliance officer with immediate effect.
