The Board of Adani Green Energy at its meeting held on 03 February 2021 has appointed JosIgnacio Sanz Saiz as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Nominee) of the Company.The Board has also appointed Kaushal Shah as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 03 February 2021.
