Dividend of Rs 1.50 per share; bonus issue in ratio of 1:10
Adi Finechem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid on 1,25,40,000 equity shares of the Company.Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors has recommended, subject to the approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, Bonus equity shares of Rs 10 each in the ratio of 1 equity share for every 10 equity shares.
