The Board of Alphalogic Techsys at its meeting held on 28 June 2021 has approved increase in authorized share capital from Rs 3 crore (constituting 30 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each) to Rs 10.40 crore (constituting 1.04 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each).The Board also recommended bonus shares in the ratio of 27:10 i.e. 27 equity shares of Rs 10 each for every 10 equity shares of Rs 10 each held.
