At meeting held on 30 May 2015
Anjani Synthetics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Pooja Sanjay Sharma has been appointed as a woman Independent Non Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 30 May 2015 in due compliance of Section 149 read with the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 and who will hold office as per Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, up to the date of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board of Directors took Note of General disclosure of Interest of Directors under Section 184(1) of Companies Act, 2013.
3. The Board of Director formulated and adopted Code for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct as per Regulation 8(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
