Ankit Metal & Power announced that the Board of Directors had received a resignation letter from Raj Kumar Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer dated 24 March 2016 and placed the same in the Board Meeting held on 23 May 2016. His resignation is accepted effective from 24 March 2016.Further the Company has informed that, Saurabh Jhunjhunwala has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 23 May 2016.
