Aroni Commercials announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Approved the notice of Postal Ballot along with calendar of events.
2. Appointment of Hatim Hariyanawala as an Additional Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of Hatim Hariyanawala as the Independent Director of the Company subject to the approval of the members for the term of Five years.
4. Resignation of Ravi Chaturvedi from the directorship of the Company.
