Asahi Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 December 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:1. Appointed Pushpendra Pandey as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 14 December 2015.
2. Appointed Ramnivas Bhikhu as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 14 December 2015.
3. Appointed Mahavir Dixit as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 14 December 2015, subject to the Approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
