Ashirwad Steels & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2015 has nominated and appointed Manisha Chopra, the Company Secretary of the Company, to act as the Compliance Officer in place of Subhash Chandra Rana, General Manager of the Company.
