Board of Ashnoor Textile Mills decides to withdraw preferential issue of of warrants

At meeting held on 01 September 2015

Ashnoor Textile Mills announced that Board of Directors in its meeting held on 01 September 2015 has decided to withdraw the issue of 1,750,000 Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis to Promoters/Promoter Group/Person acting in concert. Therefore this matter will not be placed before the member for their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
