The Board of Ashok Masala Mart at its meeting held on 15 December 2017 has approved the following -a.Resignation of Barakha Jain from the post of Company Secretary and compliance officer of the company with effect from 15 December 2017
b.Appointed Prachi Kolwankar in her place as the Company Secretary and compliance officer of the company with effect from 15 December 2017.
