Asian Oilfield Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 August 2015, inter alia has considered and approved -1. Notice convening Annual General Meeting Board's Report together with its all relevant enclosure.
2. Appointed Jayesh Vyas, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the e-voting and ballot voting at the Company's ensuing Annual General Meeting.
3. Appointment of Sachin Aggarwal as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Sandeep Bhatia.
