The Board of Asian Paints at its meeting held on 22 October 2018 has approved the appointment of Manish Choksi as a Non - Executive Director, effective today, to fill the casual vacancy created on the Board on account of the sad demise of Ashwin Choksi, Non - Executive Chairman of the Company. Manish Choksi is the son of Mahendra Choksi, Non - Executive Director of the Company and forms part of the Promoter(s) & Promoter(s) Group of the Company.In view of above, Manish Choksi has resigned from the services of the Company as President - International, IT, HR & Chemicals.
