Asian Tea & Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:- In accordance with the requirement of the Companies Act, 2014 of appointing a CFO in the Key Managerial Personnel, Rajesh Garg has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
