Associated Stone Industries (Kotah) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following:-1. Adoption of new set of Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Approval of sub-division of Equity shares from Rs. 5/- each to Re. 1/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
