Astra Microwave Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, has approved the resignation of Janardana Rao Venkatadas as Director of the Company including all the committee with effect from 01 August 2015 due to his preoccupation. The Board further approved the resignation of Atim Kabra as Director of the Company including all the committees with effect from 01 August 2015 due to personal reasons.
