Asya Infosoft announced that that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 November 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:- Considered and allotted 4,42,500 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up against the conversion of equivalent numbers of equity Warrants consequent to the receipt of due amount from the allottees.
